Short answer
Ordinary urine and accident treatment is included in our standard price. Severe or biohazard contamination, such as heavy or widespread body fluids, carries a surcharge, and we tell you the amount before any work starts. If there's decomposition or a hazardous-materials situation, we don't take the job and refer it to a biohazard remediation company.
Key terms used on this page
- Severe or biohazard contamination:
- Accidents beyond ordinary urine and pet odor, such as blood or other bodily fluids. Sleep Sanitation quotes these as a custom surcharge before work starts.
- Biohazard remediation:
- Specialized cleanup of decomposition, trauma or hazardous materials. Sleep Sanitation refers these jobs out.
Care jobs range from a single old urine spot to heavy, repeated soiling. Here's how we price and handle the range, so agencies and families know what to expect.

Included
Ordinary urine and accident treatment, with enzyme treatment on biological soiling, is included in our standard price. See how professionals treat urine without flooding the mattress.
Surcharge, disclosed first
Severe or biohazard contamination, such as heavy or widespread body fluids, carries a surcharge. We tell you the amount before any work starts. If you'd rather not go ahead, we stop there. Our stain chemistry hub covers blood and vomit.
Referred out
Decomposition and hazardous-materials situations go to a biohazard remediation company. See after a death at home.
When cleaning won't help
Sometimes the honest answer is replacement. See when a mattress is too contaminated to clean.
Sleep Sanitation's view
This section is our view. Agencies that group visits with us for route efficiency can ask about agency rates. We carry a certificate of insurance, available on request, and run background checks under our hiring policy, including a national sex offender registry check. Sleep Sanitation serves Omaha, Lincoln and surrounding towns. Every visit includes dry vapor steam, HEPA vacuuming, UV-C light treatment, the built-in bed mite sensor on our JIGOO UV-C mattress vacuum and a moisture check before we leave. Enzyme treatment is used on urine and other biological jobs, and ordinary accident treatment is included in the $249 first-mattress price. Severe or biohazard contamination carries a surcharge, and we tell you before any work starts. Call or text (402) 512-5658, or email info@sleepsanitation.com.
