Frequently asked questions
Why is the first mattress $249 in any size?
Most of the work in a visit is setup, inspection and the protocol itself, not the size of the mattress. A flat first-mattress price keeps things simple and means a twin guest bed isn't priced below the work it takes.
What is the Fall 2026 promotion?
The first mattress is $199 (regular $249). Any additional cleaning scheduled within 7 days of your first service is also $199, so you can see our work first.
What counts as an additional mattress?
Any other mattress treated in the same visit. Additional full, queen and king mattresses are $199 each, and additional kids beds (twin or full) are $149 each.
Are stains, pet odor and urine accidents extra?
No. Normal stain treatment, pet odor treatment and ordinary urine accident treatment are included in the mattress price. Severe or biohazard contamination is quoted as a custom surcharge before we start.
What does the underside treatment cost?
Underside or full-surface treatment is +$50–$75 per mattress, depending on the mattress.
Is 72-hour bedroom CO₂ testing included?
No. It's an optional service, booked on its own or added to a mattress visit, and it's priced by quote. It isn't a medical test. Every mattress visit includes two checks: a moisture check after the job and the built-in bed mite sensor on the UV-C vacuum.
When is the price confirmed?
When you book. Tell us the number and sizes of mattresses and anything unusual about them, and we'll confirm the total before the visit.

- A material inspection comes first: we read the law tag and check construction, fabric and stains before choosing the steam setting and pass speed. Seams, tufts, ridges and edges are steamed with low-moisture dry vapor steam, along with the top surface and all four sides. A HEPA vacuum lifts loosened debris, followed by UV-C light treatment. Enzymes are used for urine and organic odor. Organic cleaning methods are the default.

- Optional
- 72-hour bedroom CO₂ testing is an optional service, booked on its own or added to a mattress visit. It's priced by quote, and it isn't a medical test.
- Records
- Every job is documented on an inspection form: the mattress materials, special care notes and any urine or odor observations.
- Hygiene
- Technicians wear gloves and shoe booties, and equipment is disinfected between jobs.

- $249 for the first mattress in any size. A surcharge applies only to severe or biohazard cases. Each additional full, queen or king mattress in the same visit is $199, each additional kids bed (twin or full) is $149, and underside or full-surface treatment is +$50–$75 per mattress.
