Frequently asked questions
What are your agency rates?
Partners who group visits by area so we can schedule them together get a reduced agency rate. Send the request form or call and we'll quote rates for your towns and volume.
Which mattresses do you sanitize?
Foam, innerspring and hybrid mattresses, and vinyl or coated hospital-bed mattresses after checking the maker's instructions. We don't service powered air, low-air-loss or alternating-pressure mattresses.
How long does a visit take?
About 1–2 hours per mattress. We work around aide visits, bath time and naps.
What does the agency get after a visit?
Every visit gets a Service Summary: the mattress inspection, the sanitation performed, including the 212°F surface check, and technician confirmation. The family gets a copy, and the agency gets one with the family's permission.
What happens to the mattress protector?
Our technician removes it during the visit and leaves a one-time supply of special detergent sheets for washing it.
Can you come after a death at home?
Yes, at our normal price when there was no hazmat issue or decomposition. Those cases go to a biohazard remediation company.
Who pays?
Whoever arranged the visit: the agency or the family. We don't bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, and we aren't a Medicaid or ENOA provider.
Are your technicians insured and screened?
We carry a certificate of insurance, available on request, and run background checks under our hiring policy, including a national sex offender registry check.
