Frequently asked questions
Do you clean every brand?
We work on most mattress types. Every visit starts with the law tag and the maker's care instructions, and we choose steam settings and glide rate for the construction.
What if my maker advises against steam?
We tell you before we start. Some makers say not to steam-clean their material; for example, Tempur UK says "Do not steam-clean or dry-clean the TEMPUR Material." We'll explain the options, which may mean a modified visit or none at all.
Do you service Sleep Number and other air beds?
Yes. We sanitize the sleep surface and sides with the cover in place, and keep equipment away from the pump, hoses and any smart-bed electronics. We don't service powered air, low-air-loss or alternating-pressure medical mattresses.
Does the price change by brand?
No. The first mattress is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249) in any size and brand. Additional mattresses in the same visit are $199 (king or California king), $179 (full or queen) or $149 (kids bed).
