Short answer
Deflate it, wipe the urine up, clean with mild soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Vinyl doesn't absorb urine like foam does, so this is a DIY job. Check the bedding and anything underneath, and if a real mattress got wet too, that's where we come in.

HEPA vacuuming, enzyme treatment for organic odor, dry vapor steam and UV-C. We recommend cleaning twice a year.
Good news: vinyl doesn't soak up urine the way a foam mattress does.
Steps
- Strip the bedding and wash it.
- Deflate the mattress and wipe up the urine.
- Clean with mild soapy water and a soft cloth, following Intex's care guidance: no harsh chemicals or abrasives, and pay attention to seams and valves (Intex).
- Rinse and dry completely before folding (Intex).
Check what was underneath
If the air mattress sat on a real mattress, a futon or a carpet, check it. For a real mattress, see the mattress accidents hub.
