Book a cleaning for the main bed and the guest beds together a week or two before guests arrive. Wipe down the air mattress yourself, open and vacuum the sofa bed, wash protectors and bedding, and air out the guest room.

Two weeks out
- Book one visit for your bed and the guest beds. Add-ons are priced per mattress, so the guest bed costs less than a separate trip.
The week of
- Sofa bed: open it, vacuum and air it (sofa bed guide).
- Air mattress: test it for leaks and wipe it down (air mattress guide).
- Futon: vacuum and flip (futon guide).
- Guest room bed: fresh protector and bedding (should you clean a guest room mattress).
After they leave
Wash everything and check for spills or accidents (mattress accidents).

Add it to the same visit
This section is our view. Secondary beds get skipped because nobody sleeps on them every night, so they're often the dirtiest mattresses in the house. Add them to the same visit as your main bed. The first mattress is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249), any size. Each additional king is $199, each full or queen is $179, and each kids' or bunk-size mattress is $149. Underside treatment is +$50–$75. Every mattress gets HEPA vacuuming, enzyme treatment on organic stains and odor, low-moisture dry vapor steam from our Italian-made Vapor Clean machines, UV-C light treatment and a moisture check.
