Short answer
Vacuum it, let it air out, spot clean lightly and put a protector on it. Guest, folding, daybed and trundle mattresses sit unused for months, gathering dust. Add them to the same visit as your main bed at the add-on price.

HEPA vacuuming, enzyme treatment for organic odor, dry vapor steam and UV-C. We recommend cleaning twice a year.
Rollaways, daybeds, trundles and guest-room beds all share a problem: they sit unused, often in storage or a closed room.
Routine care
- Vacuum top, sides and seams.
- Air it out before guests arrive.
- Spot clean lightly with a barely damp cloth.
- Use a protector (how to wash a mattress protector).

Add it to the same visit
This section is our view. Secondary beds get skipped because nobody sleeps on them every night, so they're often the dirtiest mattresses in the house. Add them to the same visit as your main bed. The first mattress is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249), any size. Each additional king is $199, each full or queen is $179, and each kids' or bunk-size mattress is $149. Underside treatment is +$50–$75. Every mattress gets HEPA vacuuming, enzyme treatment on organic stains and odor, low-moisture dry vapor steam from our Italian-made Vapor Clean machines, UV-C light treatment and a moisture check. Stains and normal accidents are included. We recommend cleaning every mattress twice a year. Take the 60-second mattress quiz or schedule your cleaning.
