How often should I clean my mattress?

We recommend twice a year, spring and fall. Once a year is the minimum for a bed with no pets, no kids and no allergies in the house.

Why does a pet or a child change the answer?

Pets add dander, hair and the odd accident; kids add spills and accidents. Both mean more buildup between visits, so twice a year keeps ahead of it.

What does a cleaning cost?

The first mattress is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249), any size. Each additional king or California king mattress in the same visit is $199, each additional full or queen is $179, each additional twin/kids bed is $149, and underside or full-surface treatment is +$50–$75 per mattress.

Our rule of thumb: twice a year
