Short answer
Call, text or use the agency request form. Give us the client's town, the mattresses, who will be home, and the answers to three questions: is oxygen in use, are there breathing sensitivities, and is there an enzyme allergy? Plan 1–2 hours per mattress, with an aide or family member there for any transfer. A Service Summary follows.

Key terms used on this page
- Grouped scheduling:
- An agency sending several clients in the same area so visits run on an efficient route. Qualifies for our agency rate.
- Agency-paid visit:
- A visit the agency books and pays for, as opposed to a family-paid visit the family books itself. The visit itself is the same either way.
At booking
What to have ready
- Client town and home contact
- Mattress sizes and types
- Rented bed? Check with the supplier first
- Oxygen in use?
- Breathing sensitivities?
- Enzyme allergy?
- Permission to share the Service Summary
- Who will handle the transfer
Booking for a client takes a few minutes. Here is the order we work in.
1. Send the request
Use the agency request form, call or text (402) 512-5658, or email info@sleepsanitation.com. If you have several clients in one area, send them together so we can group them on a route.
2. What we ask
- Client's town and the best contact in the home
- Each mattress: size, and whether it's a regular mattress or a hospital-bed mattress
- For a hospital bed: is it vinyl or coated, or a powered air surface? Is it rented? For a rented bed, check with the supplier first.
- Is oxygen in use?
- Any breathing sensitivities?
- Any enzyme allergy?
- Whether the client or family agrees to share the Service Summary with the agency
3. The visit
An aide or family member moves the client off the bed before we start. We don't move people. Allow 1–2 hours per mattress. Our technician removes the protector and leaves a one-time supply of special detergent sheets for washing it.
4. Afterward
The customer gets the Service Summary, and a copy goes to your agency if the family agreed. For tips on working around aides and nurses, see coordinating visits.
Sleep Sanitation's view
This section is our view. Agencies that group visits by area are route-efficiency partners and get reduced agency rates: request agency rates. We carry a certificate of insurance, available on request, and run background checks under our hiring policy, including a national sex offender registry check. Sleep Sanitation serves Omaha, Lincoln and surrounding towns. Every visit includes dry vapor steam with the mattress surface verified at 212°F or higher with a temperature gun, HEPA vacuuming, UV-C light treatment and a moisture check before we leave. Allow 1–2 hours per mattress. Our technician removes the mattress protector during the visit and leaves a one-time supply of special detergent sheets for washing it. Enzyme treatment is used on urine. Every visit ends with a Service Summary, and a copy can go to the agency with the client's or family's permission. The first mattress is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249); additional mattresses in the same visit are $199 for a king or California king, $179 for a full or queen and $149 for a twin or kids bed. Severe soiling carries a surcharge, disclosed before any work starts. Call or text (402) 512-5658, or email info@sleepsanitation.com.
