Multi-bed visits: how pricing works for a whole facility

By Matthew Brunken · Updated October 27, 2026 · 2 min read · Editorial standards

Short answer

The first mattress in a visit is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249). Every additional mattress in the same visit is priced lower: $199 for a king or California king, $179 for a full or queen and $149 for a twin or kids bed. Facilities that book recurring visits we can group on a route get reduced partner rates, quoted on request.

Most residential beds are twins, so the additional-mattress rate for twins is the one that adds up across a facility.

Partner rates for recurring routes

Facilities that book recurring visits, such as twice a year for every resident bed, can become route-efficiency partners. Grouping beds by location and day cuts our drive time, and we pass that on as a reduced rate. We quote partner rates for your location and volume when you request them.

Planning the day

Allow 1–2 hours per mattress. Tell us how many beds, the sizes, and which rooms will be empty or occupied so we can plan the order. Staff handle any resident transfers; we don't move people.

Sleep Sanitation's view

This section is our view. Agencies that group visits by area are route-efficiency partners and get reduced agency rates: request agency rates. We carry a certificate of insurance, available on request, and run background checks under our hiring policy, including a national sex offender registry check. Sleep Sanitation serves Omaha, Lincoln and surrounding towns. Every visit includes dry vapor steam with the mattress surface verified at 212°F or higher with a temperature gun, HEPA vacuuming, UV-C light treatment and a moisture check before we leave. Allow 1–2 hours per mattress. Our technician removes the mattress protector during the visit and leaves a one-time supply of special detergent sheets for washing it. Enzyme treatment is used on urine. Every visit ends with a Service Summary, and a copy can go to the agency with the client's or family's permission. The first mattress is $199 Fall 2026 special (regularly $249); additional mattresses in the same visit are $199 for a king or California king, $179 for a full or queen and $149 for a twin or kids bed. Severe soiling carries a surcharge, disclosed before any work starts. Call or text (402) 512-5658, or email info@sleepsanitation.com.
